I’ve recently been testing Pin.com, an AI-powered recruitment tool, and thought I’d share it with the Canadian Recruiter Networking Group.

I actually tried Pin a few months ago and wasn’t particularly impressed, so I decided not to move forward.
Fast forward a few months, and after hearing some positive feedback from others, I decided to give it another shot.
And I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised!
I’m still exploring its capabilities, particularly around sourcing and candidate engagement, but my experience the second time around has been significantly better.
