A few things that came up:
→ AI is helping recruiters cut through the noise — screening, shortlisting, interview notes, debriefs and admin.
→ The AI recruiting tech stack is getting BIG. Juicebox, Ashby, Pin, Gem, Metaview, Paradox, Ribbon, HireQuotient and plenty more came up.
→ AI is making it easier for candidates to apply and tailor resumes — while potentially making it harder for recruiters to verify and assess what they’re receiving.
And there was definitely no shortage of opinions about what’s working… 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐭. 😉
