Pascal Theriault brings 5+ years of recruitment and selection experience across energy, agriculture, engineering systems integration, online grocery, and software businesses.

He has hired and negotiated job offers with hundreds of candidates ranging from interns and new graduates up to VP-level positions across all teams and departments in these businesses.

Most recently, Pascal led recruitment and employer branding at a remote tech startup based in Palo Alto, California, called HiHello, which builds the world-leading digital business card and contact management software solution for individuals and organizations.

Based in Calgary, Pascal is heavily involved in the Calgary community through his speaking, recruitment consulting, career coaching, and networking efforts both online and offline.

He is passionate about DEIB in the workplace (and as it relates to hiring), providing an excellent and equitable Candidate Experience, advocating for the benefits of networking, and building his personal brand, as well as helping others to build theirs!

Outside of work, Pascal enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his dog Astro, traveling and trying out new restaurants and breweries around Calgary.
