In short, it’s all about “Why you?” Personal branding helps individuals become conscious of their differences, ultimately allowing them to position themselves in a way that makes them stand out in the pack among other professionals.

Yes, personal branding is not just something for job applicants. It is critical for Recruiters as well! Having a strong corporate brand is great but in the end, job applicants and potential clients (for agency recruiters) are looking to speak with you.

So how do you go about that?

Kim is an Industry Peer who has 10+ years of recruitment / staffing experience and has successfully started her own firm nearly 3 years ago.
