Diversity Sourcing by David Galley (RECORDING)

Hey there – my name’s David Galley, and I think we all know who writes these, so why mess around with the third person? Hiring starts with finding, and finding is what I do. If our prospects are online, we can find them, whoever they are.

When I’m not sourcing directly for clients, I spend my time figuring out how to search better, then passing that on to others through the Sourcing Training & Certifications library of offerings and bespoke training for companies of all sizes (even one). There are six core skill groups that proficient Sourcers need to know – we teach them all, and then some. We’re also home to the world’s only sourcing professional credentials – the Certified People Sourcing Professional (CPSP) and Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP).

“Diversity” means many things to many people, but when it comes to the bottom line, the more diversity within your team (across every axis), the better you’ll perform. To realize these gains, you have to find and engage people you have been missing to date. I know a thing or two about that and I am looking forward to sharing with you.
