Indigenous Recruitment II by Richel Davies – (Recording)

Richel is a Métis woman and a proud member of the Métis Nation of Alberta. She has spent the past fourteen years supporting people of all ages, cultures, and abilities through the recruitment process and helping organizations build more inclusive practices. She is an advocate for Indigenous talent and inclusive workplaces where everyone can flourish.

Richel has worked as a recruiter in various sectors including retail, finance, health care, and market research. She has been responsible for leading hiring campaigns across Canada while supporting employment brand initiatives.

Her most recent experience includes working with an all Indigenous team supporting Indigenous innovation in a non-profit setting and she is currently the Manager of Indigenous Recruitment at RBC.
