I am an experienced Recruitment Professional | Talent Thief with 20+ years of experience across the Netherlands, Germany and North America. I started my own agency (Next International Inc.) in 2007 and am also the founder of LuCruitive, a Recruitment Tech platform for corporate recruitment / talent acquisition peers to refer candidates. Since I am a true believer in collaboration, together with 2 industry peers, we started the Calgary Recruiter Networking Group in 2018. As a result of COVID these events stopped which is why I took the networking events online and have been organizing many events since then for Recruitment professionals across Canada. That is why I changed the name of the group to Canadian Recruiter Networking Group. While I am planning on continuing to organize virtual events, in-person event will definitely be back on the calendar as well.
